Reporting a bug

If a tool misbehaves, a few details help us fix it quickly: which tool and language you were using, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome" or "Windows laptop, Firefox"). A screenshot is great if the problem is visual.

Suggesting a tool or feature

Many improvements on the site started as visitor suggestions. If you'd like a new quiz topic, another language in a vocabulary test, a new printable, or a whole new tool, just describe what you'd use it for — no need for a formal spec.

Content corrections

We fact-check our quiz answers and FAQ content, but if you spot something outdated or plain wrong — a capital city, a flag fact, a grammar point — please tell us and we'll verify and correct it.

Response time

We read every message, usually within a few days. We may not be able to reply to all of them individually, but bug reports and corrections are always acted on.
