Color Hue Test

The average human visual reaction time sits around 200–270 ms; competitive gamers often land below 180 ms. These tests give you a clean number for each skill — simple reaction, raw clicking speed (CPS), target acquisition and how finely you can tell colors apart.

Reaction time is sensitive to sleep, caffeine and time of day, so test at different times and watch your average, not your single best. Every test here feeds a global leaderboard if you want to compete.

Frequently asked questions

What is a good reaction time?
200–250 ms is solid, under 200 ms is fast, and under 170 ms is elite territory. Note that your monitor and input device add their own delay.
How can I click faster in the CPS test?
Most fast clickers use jitter clicking (tensing the forearm) or butterfly clicking (alternating two fingers). Casual clicking lands around 6–8 CPS; 10+ takes technique.
Why do my results vary between attempts?
Reaction speed fluctuates with alertness, fatigue and even screen refresh rate. Take five attempts and use the average — that's what our tests report.
